THICK Concierge is a performance coaching and health-guidance layer that runs alongside physician-managed care, delivered through a private, secure messaging portal to help patients get the most out of their therapies between visits.

THICK Concierge runs in parallel with physician-led care. All medical decisions, prescriptions, lab orders, and therapy changes remain physician-directed and are handled through the clinic’s medical system.

Pricing Structure

i. TONED (Ongoing): TONED operates on a fixed cost of $319, billed every 4 weeks.; Covers THICK Concierge, clinical oversight, interpretation, and care logistics; *Does not include therapy or medications

ii. Required Intake (One-time): $149 - Lab panel (basic male panel)*; $249 - Basic female panel*
* May be waived with qualifying labs dated within the past 6 months; $199 - Physician appointment (telehealth); Total initiation cost: $348 ($199 if you have qualifying labs)

iii. Therapies and Medications (Variable): Pricing varies by compound and dosage; Billed separately from membership

How are labs handled?

Lab access: Labs may be ordered through the clinic with or without a membership; Additional costs apply based on the panel selected
Required labs (when on therapy): The clinic tracks lab timing required to maintain care; You are notified when follow-up labs are due
Lab payment options: Labs may be paid at the time of ordering; Labs may be added to recurring membership billing; A discount is applied when labs are bundled with membership billing
Additional labs: Additional or elective labs may be requested by the patient; Subject to physician approval; additional costs apply
